I've purchased several books on RE investing and this book by far is the best of the lot. One of the benefits of the book is that it features information on tax sale listings, type of investments multiple family housing units, homestead properties and obtaining dollars from investors. He uses examples from properties he's owned in the Phoenix area. Don't just trust the mortgage companies to give you the best deal read this first and arm yourself for negotiating! This book inspired me to become a landlord, and has helped me through the process, tremendously. It is written in a clear, sensible way AND the index helped me get to the subjects I needed quickly.
